We welcome everyone who makes Wild Orchid Salon at the Jasper Park Lodge their choice for beauty services. 

Please inform us of relevant health conditions or allergies at appointment time to assist our team in providing the best possible recommendations for you. 

Wild Orchid Salon at the Jasper Park Lodge is pleased to provide you with a facility that is wheelchair accessible. Please enter from the main lobby of Jasper Park Lodge and use the elevator to enter the lower promenade.

Appointment Timing

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment.

By arriving late, your treatment will still end as scheduled in consideration of our next guest.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid charges, please provide 24 hours advance notice for cancellation or changes.

We require a Visa, Mastercard or cash deposit to book any and all appointments.  

For groups to avoid cancellation charges we require 72 hours (3 days) notice.

Wedding bookings have specific retainer and cancellation requirements. Please visit our weddings page for all wedding-related etiquette.

Service Charges

For your convenience, an 18% service charge will be added to all guest services and packages.

Gift cards do not include gratuities.
